Job summary

The Milwaukee Brewers Baseball Club is seeking friendly Guest Relations staff to welcome fans and provide stadium information at American Family Field in Milwaukee, WI. The role involves greeting guests, guiding them safely, and delivering excellent customer service during games and events.

Positions include Outside Greeter, Escalator Attendant, Wheelchair Attendant, and Designated Driver Booth. Applicants should be at least 18, have a high school diploma or GED, and be able to work flexible

Qualifications

• Must communicate well and provide excellent customer service.
• Able to attend training sessions and use available programs.
• Available to work weekdays, weeknights, weekends and arrive before games.
• Able to stand for extended periods and work in all weather.

Responsibilities

• Greet and positively engage guests upon arrival and throughout their visit.
• Treat guests with courtesy, assist with directions and information.
• Provide event information and ballpark guidance while enforcing policies.
• Operate a voice amplifier and monitor escalators for safety.
• Coordinate with staff to facilitate safe entrances and shuttle services.
