Job summary

Live Nation Entertainment is seeking enthusiastic, customer-focused Part-Time Guest Services Staff to create an exceptional guest experience. As a Guest Services Team Member, you’ll serve as usher, greeter, and ticket taker to ensure a safe, welcoming environment before, during, and after events.

You will greet guests, assist with seating, resolve inquiries, and help maintain a high level of service while complying with safety procedures and venue policies.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• 1+ year in a guest service role preferred.
• Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills.
• Acute sense of judgment, tact and diplomacy.
• Constant walking, climbing stairs and occasional lifting up to 25 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests, scan guest tickets upon entry, answer questions, and assist with seating and entry by venue level.
• Keep the venue safe, clean and presentable for guests.
• Resolve guest complaints or problems promptly and professionally.
• Examine tickets or passes to verify authenticity.
• Provide assistance to guests with special needs and seating accommodations.
• Guide guests to exits or provide instructions in case of emergency.
• May verify staff credentials for restricted areas as needed.
• Support end-of-show cleanup and equipment storage with fellow staff.
