Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service to guests at Inter Miami CF home matches and events.
• Sell tickets accurately for all matches and events.
• Assist guests with mobile ticketing challenges and other ticketing matters.
• Greet guests in a polite, professional manner.
• Ensure a quality match/event day experience by coordinating with staff.
