Job summary

Inter Miami CF is seeking enthusiastic individuals to join our Guest Services team at Nu Stadium. You will deliver world‑class customer service, create welcoming experiences for fans, and support a safe, memorable environment during events at Miami Freedom Park and Chase Stadium.

Roles include Ticket Taker, Usher, Premium Area Host, Gate Host, and Response Team. This part‑time position requires availability for evenings and weekends, and bilingual English/Spanish proficiency is preferred to

• Must work ALL Inter Miami home matches.
• Background check required.

As a member of Inter Miami’s Guest Services team, you will provide unique fan experiences while promoting a welcoming environment during all events hosted at our new home, Nu Stadium. As part of our guest services team, you will support us in ensuring every guest experiences the highest level of service and engagement at our venue.

Position Summary

This is a PART‑TIME position with work hours based on the event scheduled at Miami Freedom Park and Chase Stadium.

• Location - Primarily at Miami Freedom Park (Miami), with occasional availability at IMCF Stadium (Fort Lauderdale)
• Average hours per shift: 5 to 6 hours per shift
• Average events per month – 2 to 4 (Subject to event schedule)
• Event Season - The event season typically runs from February through November.

Applicants must have work authorization to work in the U.S. on a permanent and ongoing basis and must not require work visa sponsorship from Inter Miami CF now or in the future to retain authorization to work in the United States.
