Job summary

Inter Miami CF LLC is seeking a Retail Sales Associate to enhance fan experiences in our stadium shops and pop-ups on match days. You’ll help fans find merchandise, explain product details, and process transactions with accuracy.

The role requires strong communication, reliability, and the ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays. Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus, and eligibility to work in the U.S. is required.

Qualifications

• Prior retail experience preferred.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills.
• Must be available to work during home matches, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to work approximately 6- to 8-hour shifts on match days.
• Physical ability to lift, move, and organize inventory in indoor and outdoor settings.
• Dependable transportation required.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) candidates are a plus.
• All applicants must pass a pre-employment background check.
• Must have work authorization to work in the U.S. on a permanent and ongoing basis and must not require work visa sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Deliver a world-class fan experience in stadium retail store on game days only.
• Engage and assist fans with enthusiasm, sharing knowledge of the club and merchandise.
• Operate point of sale systems efficiently to ensure smooth and accurate transactions.
• Provide product information and communicate in-store promotions clearly.
• Keep the store organized and visually appealing throughout the shift.
• Perform additional duties as assigned to support store operations.
