Job summary

Penske Entertainment, Indianapolis, IN, seeks a Financial Coordinator to safeguard financial data for IMS and supported tracks. You will provide accounting support to the Ticket Department, ensure accurate processing, and help forecast budgets with cross‑functional partners.

You will monitor fraud controls, manage refunds, payroll, and month‑end closes, while collaborating with IT, Billing, and Operations to optimize processes in a fast-paced events environment.

Qualifications

• Degree in finance, accounting, or business preferred.
• Experience in ticketing or event finance is a plus.
• Strong analytical, communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide financial, accounting, and administrative support to Ticket Department activities.
• Track and reconcile cash receipts, deposits, and internal controls.
• Monitor and reconcile credit card transactions for ticket sales and related products.
• Process refunds, credits, and adjustments with accuracy.
• Manage departmental purchasing card expenses and employee reimbursements.
• Oversee payroll processing and timesheet administration.
• Prepare month-end close activities and reconciliations.
• Assist with monthly forecast updates and budget variance analysis.
• Support fraud-detection initiatives and maintain system integrations.
• Coordinate with IT and Operations to resolve processing issues.
• Maintain inventory and purchasing for IMS Marketplace and related departments.
