Job summary

The Tennessee Titans seek a detail-oriented Ticketing Compliance & Finance Coordinator to support the Ticket Operations department in daily revenue reporting and contract compliance for PSL sales and transfers.

The role balances financial reconciliation, contract amendments, and data integrity, with duties including reporting PSL revenue, processing payments, and maintaining records in the ticketing system while collaborating across finance, sales, and banking partners.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree required; strong Excel skills.
• Experience with SeatGeek Unify (or similar ticketing platform).
• Experience with accounting, bookkeeping, or financial reconciliation.

Responsibilities

• Balance and maintain daily reporting of PSLs and season ticket revenue.
• Monitor bank accounts and process payments through the ticketing system.
• Execute check payments through the ticketing system and coordinate with banking partners.
• Track stadium sales and run monthly commission reports for eligible sales reps per commission guidelines.
• Support end-of-month reporting and year-end balancing for ticketing revenue.
• Monitor and help resolve chargebacks, returned payments, and payment declines.
• Process PSL cancellations quarterly.
• Review PSL contracts for Stadium sales; manage amendments and PSL transfer process.
• Maintain contract and account records in the ticketing system.
