100 LEARFIELD is seeking a Customer Care Representative to interact with consumers by phone, email, and web forms to support pre and post event inquiries and ticket sales. The role includes handling daily fulfillment of ticket orders and coordinating shipments via USPS and express options.

The ideal candidate has 1+ year of relevant experience, a high school diploma, and excellent communication and organizational skills to ensure accurate processing and friendly guest interactions.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of event ticket fulfillment or customer service experience in a fast-paced environment.
• High School diploma is required.
• Excellent customer service skills with ability to connect honestly and openly with guests and team members.

Responsabilités

• Facilitate ticket sales and inquiries via phone and written communication.
• Answer inbound calls.
• Coordinate daily fulfilment operations for tickets sold.
• Provide excellent written and verbal customer service to clients and consumers.
• Assist unhappy customers professionally and tactfully.
• Other duties as assigned.
