Qualifications

• 1+ year of event ticket fulfillment or general customer service experience in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong organizational skills with accuracy and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Interact with consumers over the phone, email, and web forms to facilitate inquiries and ticket sales.
• Answer inbound calls and emails in a timely, professional manner.
• Coordinate daily fulfilment operations for printing and shipping tickets via USPS/Express delivery.
• Provide excellent customer service and resolve issues as needed.
