Job summary

The Omaha Storm Chasers, the Triple-A affiliate of the Kansas City Royals, are seeking a Ticket Operations Manager to lead all ticketing operations. You will work with Tickets.com and the Sales/Marketing teams to optimize event tickets, seating, and box office on game days.

Ideal candidates have a bachelor’s degree in business or sports management and at least 3 years’ ticket office experience, with strong communication and customer service skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business or sports management preferred.
• Minimum 3 years’ experience managing a ticket office.
• Excellent attention to detail and customer service mindset.
• Experience with Tickets.com ProVenue or Archtics required.
• Knowledge of TM Access Manager, TMOne, EMT and related tools.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.

Responsibilities

• Lead creation, development, and maintenance of ticketed events in Tickets.com.
• Manage pre-sales, promos, and event information with Tickets.com.
• Oversee stadium seating inventory and box-office operations.
• Support premium ticket holders and service ticketing needs.
• Provide ticket reports and attendee analytics to management.
• Train and supervise game-day staff and interns.
