Job summary

Auburn Athletics is seeking an Assistant Director, Ticket Operations to lead the university's ticketing efforts for football and basketball and other sports. You will oversee daily ticket office operations, supervise staff, handle donor and public inquiries, and ensure NCAA/SEC compliance.

This role requires a Bachelor's degree and at least two years in ticketing operations or customer service; experience with back-office systems and on-site game-day logistics is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manages ticket operations for select sports, including allocation, seating changes, setup, printing, and delivery; oversees post-season operations.
