Diamond Baseball Holdings is seeking an energetic individual to join the Gwinnett Stripers ticket sales team in Lawrenceville, GA. You will learn to manage a book of business, selling mini-plans, memberships, and group outings to drive revenue for the team.

The program offers hands-on training within a collaborative, fast-paced environment and runs from November 2026 through September 2027, with opportunities for growth within DBH's network of clubs.

Qualifications

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills required.
• Organizational habits and ability to manage multiple projects.
• Proficient in MS Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word).
• Ability to work long hours, weekends, and some holidays.

Responsibilities

• Sell Gwinnett Stripers ticket products: season memberships, mini-plans, group outings.
• Support sales, event execution and service for non-baseball events.
• Engage with clients via calls, emails, and texts to drive revenue.
• Provide excellent customer service to clients and fans.
