Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, sales, marketing, sports management, or related field preferred.
• 5–8+ years of sales experience with leadership experience required.
• Proven ability to deliver revenue targets and manage high-performing sales teams.
• Strong financial acumen including budgeting, forecasting, and performance management.
• Excellent leadership, coaching, and communication skills.

Responsabilités

• Own and deliver the Ticket Sales department’s annual revenue, expense, and profit targets.
• Develop and manage departmental budgets, forecasts, and performance plans.
• Monitor performance against goals and adjust strategy to ensure results are achieved.
• Provide regular reporting and insights to executive leadership.
• Carry a defined individual sales goal aligned with departmental objectives.
• Maintain a personal book of business focused on strategic, high-value, or complex accounts.
• Support Account Executives on major pitches, negotiations, and renewals.
• Recruit, onboard, train, and develop Account Executives.
• Oversee box office and customer support functions for a seamless fan experience.
