Qualifications

• 6+ years of ticketing & service experience at the collegiate or professional sports level.
• At least 3 years in management or leadership role.
• Experience with Microsoft Dynamics CRM and Archtics systems.

• Reach budgeted ticketing and revenue goals.
• Lead recruiting, hiring, training and management of sales staff.
• Ideate, strategize, and implement sales initiatives for the Panthers.
