Job summary

FC Tulsa is seeking a highly motivated, results-driven Director, Ticket Sales to lead the club's ticketing strategy and build a high-performing sales team. This role focuses on growing ticket revenue, attendance, and retention through cutting-edge sales techniques and strong leadership.

The position reports to the Chief Business Officer and collaborates across departments to develop premium and group campaigns, while leveraging HubSpot CRM for pipeline management and reporting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, sport management, or related field.
• 4+ years in ticket or B2B/B2C sales.
• 1+ year in sales leadership.
• Strong CRM experience, preferably Hubspot.
• Proven ability to build and retain a sales team.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute short- and long-term ticket sales strategies.
• Lead and coach a sales team to exceed goals.
• Collaborate on CRM campaign strategies and reporting.
