Reports to: Assistant Director of Athletics - Ticket Sales & Service

Summary: Join Milwaukee Panther Athletics and be a part of the action! The Ticket Sales Assistant plays an integral role in bringing the excitement of Panther Athletics to thousands of fans each year. This position assists with both inbound and outbound sales for season ticket memberships, group outings, and individual sales.

Essential Functions/Job Responsibilities:

  • Answer phone calls to provide both ticket assistance and answer questions.
  • Respond to emails sent to the ticket office inbox.
  • Make outbound sales calls to previous game buyers and interested prospects.
  • Send emails to prospects about group outings.
  • Effectively utilize the TicketMaster platform (i.e. Archtics) to sell and deliver tickets.
  • Assist in the preparation for athletic events.
  • Communicate with local schools involved with the Lil Panthers Reading Program.
  • Work in the box office for select athletic events (schedule permitting)

Qualifications:

  • 1+ year working in customer service
  • Familiarity with collegiate athletics
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • High level of organization

Pay: $10-$12 per hour based on experience

Schedule: Schedule is flexible and will be designed to accommodate classes and other obligations. Expectation is for 3 shifts per week and at least one event every other week for around 15 hours per week. Office hours begin in September 2026.
