The Ticket Office Operations Assistant works within the NC State Athletics Ticket Office, assisting with ticket operations for all NC State sporting events, including football, men’s and women’s basketball, volleyball, baseball, softball, wrestling, and gymnastics. The role supports game‑day operations and interacts with customers on installation and event days.
Provide assistance to the ticket office and its customers on game days, including: handling customer inquiries, distributing event tickets, and performing additional tasks as directed by supervisors. Learn to use the Paciolan Ticketing System for walk‑up sales on game day and support home NC State sports events as scheduled.
Hours may vary. Nights and weekends are required as needed. Employees will be assigned 5‑20 hours per week, based on the student supervisor’s schedule. No valid NC driver’s license or commercial driver’s license is required.
High School Diploma.
