Daytona International Speedway is seeking a Coordinator, Guest Services to ensure exceptional guest experiences during motorsports events. You will coordinate nonprofit volunteers, event staffing, transportation, vendor services, and administrative activities for Guest Services and related departments.

You’ll supervise staff and volunteers, assist at the Guest Services Desk, prepare post-event summaries, and manage vendor contracts and costs while helping ensure ADA compliance and safe

Competenze

• Degree in sport/event management or related field is required.
• 1–2 years of related experience or training is preferred.
• Experience in event management, preferably in sports.
• Experience supervising event-day staff is a plus.
• Proficiency with Microsoft applications and web-based tools.
• Strong communication, organization, and customer-service mindset.

Mansioni

• Coordinate nonprofit volunteer groups and required documentation.
• Assist with training materials for Guest Services staff and volunteers.
• Coordinate social media and radio advertising for events and recruitment.
• Provide supervision for Tours staff, Tram Maintenance, and Support personnel.
• Prepare post-event summaries for management after major events.
• Assist with hiring-event HR paperwork for staff and volunteers.
