Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; relevant experience considered.
• Experience with Ticketmaster or similar ticketing software preferred.
• Box office, ticketing, or live event operations experience preferred.
• Strong project management skills with ability to drive tasks to completion.
• Excellent Microsoft Office skills, especially Excel.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Support Ticket Operations leadership and staff with daily functions and projects.
• Identify opportunities to streamline ticket operations processes.
• Assist with training for Consumer Services and Sales Academy.
• Audit event builds, pricing, and financial controls daily.
• Oversee inventory, pricing updates, and price code management.
• Monitor inquiries in the ticket operations inbox and respond timely.
• Support event weekend operations and staffing coordination.
• Develop and implement operational efficiencies within Ticket Operations.
