Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; equivalent combination considered.
• Experience with ticketing software such as Ticketmaster preferred.
• Previous box office, ticketing, or live event operations experience preferred.
• Strong project management skills to move initiatives from concept to execution.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to meet multiple deadlines.
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently.
• Familiarity with NASCAR is a plus.
• Must possess a valid driver's license in good standing.

Responsibilities

• Support Ticket Operations leadership and staff with daily functions, fulfillment needs, and special projects.
• Identify opportunities to improve, streamline, and simplify ticket operations processes.
• Assist with product training for the Consumer Services team and Sales Academy.
• Provide support for special projects such as venue reseating and declined payment plans.
• Audit event builds, ticket system updates, pricing changes, and financial controls daily.
• Maintain ticket system price code management, including adding new ticket products or offers and updating pricing.
• Oversee inventory management across all events, including daily ticket allocation reviews.
• Manage Corporate and Complimentary ticket accounts and oversee Ticketmaster account setup.
• Monitor inquiries in the ticket operations inbox and respond timely.
• Ensure quality control of the online ticket-buying experience and fix broken links.
• Support event weekend ticket operations needs, including staffing, issue resolution, reconciliation, and reporting.
• Assist with hiring, scheduling, and supervision of temporary event staff where applicable.
• Contribute to development and implementation of operational efficiencies within Ticket Operations.
