Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Experience in a college athletic ticket office.
Proficiency with Paciolan ticketing software and experience with group sales and secondary ticket sales platforms.

Responsibilities

Daily and event operations of the Charlotte 49ers Ticket Office at UNC Charlotte, including daily reporting, deposits of ticket revenues, accurate record-keeping, and presenting inbound and outbound ticket purchasing opportunities for multiple athletic events.
Works football game days and other assigned sports and special events; manages home events for sports; assists with maintaining and updating ticketing hardware and software; assists with game-day event ticket staff training and scheduling.
