Responsibilities

• Oversee daily and event operations of the Charlotte 49ers Ticket Office, including deposits and reporting.
• Maintain accurate records of ticket revenues and presentations of ticket opportunities for athletic events.
• Support game-day operations including staffing, scheduling, and training for ticket staff.
• Assist with maintaining ticketing hardware/software and related systems.
