The primary purpose of the Assistant Director of Ticket Operations is to assist with the ticket operations of the Charlotte 49ers Ticket Office at UNC Charlotte.
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience. All degrees must be received from appropriately accredited institutions.

Daily and event operations of the Charlotte 49ers Ticket Office at UNC Charlotte to include daily reporting and deposits of ticket revenues, maintaining accurate record-keeping, and presenting inbound and outbound ticket purchasing opportunities for multiple university athletic events based on established athletic department and athletic foundation policies.
Works football game days and other assigned sports and special events. Manages home events for sports to be assigned. Assists with maintaining and updating ticketing hardware and software. Assists with game-day event ticket staff training and scheduling.
Experience in a college athletic ticket office. Proficiency with Paciolan ticketing software and experience with group sales and secondary ticket sales platforms.
