Job summary

The University of Arizona Athletics Department is seeking an Assistant Director of Ticket Operations to oversee ticketing for multiple sports and lead the box office on event days. The role requires a flexible schedule including nights and weekends, with travel as needed. This position is not eligible for visa sponsorship.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent required.
• Minimum of 3 years of relevant work experience or equivalent combination.
• Experience with Paciolan Ticketing system preferred.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and time management skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate ticket operations for assigned sports including programming, renewals, invoicing, seat relocations, digital ticketing management, and post-season processes.
• Assist with managing daily operations of the ticket office and oversee ticket sales strategies to maximize revenue.
• Collaborate with Development, Ticket Sales, and Marketing on sales plans and timelines for assigned sports.
• Build relationships with coaches and campus partners while prioritizing customer service.
• Provide updated sales materials and training to the ticketing staff.
• Create reports for senior leadership tracking sales trends and processes.
