Job summary

The New Orleans Pelicans and Saints are seeking a motivated Ticket Operations Associate to support ticket sales orders, accounts, and box office operations for game days in New Orleans, LA. This 10-month, full-time paid program is based in New Orleans and offers hands-on experience in a fast-paced sports environment.

You’ll assist with plan ticket orders, account maintenance, daily financial reporting, inventory management, and customer service, collaborating with the Pelicans and Saints teams

Responsibilities

• Oversees the processing and delivery methods of all plan ticket orders and requests
• Assists with the maintenance of all accounts with regards to financial details, seat relocations, and ticket upgrades
• Assists with daily financial reporting to the Finance department, including delivery of account payments
• Assists in all areas of ticket operations and reporting on game days
• Assists with managing of single game and season plan inventory
• Supports game day communication between Ticket Operations and box office staff
• Gathers knowledge of events in other departments to answer customer questions or direct to staff
• Assists with resolving customer complaints and troubleshooting ticket-related issues on game days
