Job summary

The New Orleans Saints and Pelicans are hiring a Ticket Operations Associate based in Metairie, LA for a 10-month, full-time, paid program. You will support ticket sales orders, account maintenance, and box office operations on game days for both teams.

Role requires attention to detail, strong communication, and teamwork. You will work with Saints and Pelicans staff to ensure smooth ticket operations during home games.

• Excellent verbal and written communication with strong attention to detail.

• Comfortable in a fast-paced environment and adaptable to changing directions.
• Proficiency in the Microsoft Office suite.

Responsibilities

• Oversees processing and delivery methods of all plan ticket orders and requests.
• Maintains accounts with financial details, seat relocations, upgrade requests, and account info per policies.
• Assists daily financial reporting to the Finance department, including payments.
• Supports all areas of ticket operations and reporting on game days.
• Manages single game and season ticket inventory.
• Facilitates game day communication between Pelicans/Saints Ticket Operations and box office staff.
• Answers customer questions or directs them to the proper staff member and resolves ticket issues.
