Job summary

The New Orleans Saints and New Orleans Pelicans are seeking an entry-level Inside Sales Associate for a ten‑month program based in New Orleans, LA. This full‑time paid internship combines training with hands‑on sales experience across NFL and NBA properties, including Saints and Pelicans ticket products.

As an Inside Sales Associate, you will generate revenue through outbound calls, meet sales targets, and work with CRM tools to manage prospects and customers while joining a collaborative team

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Availability to work nights, weekends, and holidays as dictated by games.
• Knowledge of NBA and basketball terminology is a plus.
• Strong work ethic, professional demeanor and desire to succeed.

Responsibilities

• Generate revenue by cold calling individuals and companies to set up appointments and finalise sales.
• Work collaboratively within a team to achieve targets.
• Make at least 100 outbound calls per day to establish face-to-face appointments.
• Meet and exceed weekly and monthly sales goals set by the team.
• Provide excellent customer service with prompt, thorough responses.
• Balance customer interaction using CRM tools and manage time effectively.
• Utilize ticketing systems to run available inventory.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the Inside Sales Manager.
