Job summary

Live Nation Entertainment in New Orleans is seeking a box office associate to support cash handling, ticket sales, and guest services during events. You will balance cash drawers, reconcile sales, and help manage ticket stock in a fast-paced venue environment.

The role requires a flexible schedule and strong customer service. Prior experience with Ticketmaster host systems is a plus, with opportunities to support Will Call, upgrades, and ADA compliance on event nights.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of cash handling procedures and controls.
• Basic Microsoft Office skills (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint).
• High School Diploma required.
• Flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced live entertainment environment.

Responsibilities

• Financial / Cash Handling: Balance cash drawers, reconcile daily sales, assist with pricing and ticket stock, distribute accurate daily counts.
• Customer Service: Provide prompt, courteous service in person and by phone; manage Will Call and guest services issues.
• Other Responsibilities: Maintain box office cleanliness, operate Ticketmaster host system, update logs, and support ADA compliance as needed.
