Job summary

Ridgemont Resources, Inc. is seeking a Superintendent (Commercial TI - Buildout) in Nashville to plan, develop and manage schedules with the project manager. You will oversee budgets, coordinate subcontractors and vendors, and supervise construction from design through completion.

The role focuses on restaurant, retail, commercial office and hospitality TI work, requiring strong communication, organization and adherence to schedule and budget.

Qualifications

• Minimum five years in a commercial construction onsite-management role.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and coordinate inspectors, subcontractors, architects, interior designers, engineers, city officials, and clients.
• Proactive management of project schedules and budgets; experience with cost estimation is a plus.
• Negotiate with subcontractors to receive reasonable budgetary costs.

Responsibilities

• Maintain project schedules and budgets in collaboration with the project manager.
• Coordinate subcontractors and vendors; supervise day-to-day subcontractor operations.
• Review shop drawings, manage materials procurement, and ensure site safety and quality.
• Communicate progress to project managers and director; provide timely reports.
• Assist in vetting and hiring subcontractors and ensuring compliance with codes.
