Job summary

LRSolutions, LLC is seeking a Superintendent (Commercial TI / Buildout) in Nashville to lead planning, scheduling, budgeting and site coordination for restaurant, retail, office and hospitality TI projects.

You will partner with the Project Manager to manage subcontractors, vendors and craft teams from design through completion, ensuring quality, safety and on-time delivery while maintaining meticulous records and client communications.

Qualifications

• Minimum five years in a commercial construction onsite-management role.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and interface with inspectors, subcontractors, architects, interior designers, engineers, city officials, and clients.
• Proactive management of project schedules and budgets.
• Experience in project estimation is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Plan, develop and manage schedules in partnership with the project manager.
• Coordinate subcontractors and vendors; supervise construction from design to completion.
• Review shop drawings; manage materials procurement and deliveries; ensure site safety and quality.
• Maintain meticulous documentation and report progress and budgets to leadership.
