RRC Solutions Group seeks a Superintendent for Commercial TI buildouts in Nashville. The role focuses on planning, scheduling with project managers, budget control, and coordinating subcontractors and vendors from design through completion.

Projects span restaurant, retail, commercial office, and hospitality TI work. Candidates should lead with strong communication, organizational skills, and knowledge of construction software. Competitive salary and full benefits offered.

Formación

• Minimum five years in a commercial construction onsite-management role.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and interface with inspectors, subcontractors, architects, interior designers, engineers, city officials, and clients.
• Proactive management of project schedules and budgets while interfacing with stakeholders.
• Experience negotiating subcontractor costs; project estimation preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Over-communicate with client, subs and staff.
• Maintain highly organized project documentation and budgets.
• Manage day-to-day subcontractor operations.
• Supervise craft employees: assign responsibilities, evaluate productivity, and provide recommendations.
• Ensure adherence to the Reverse Phase Schedule for quality and value.
• Review shop drawings, procure materials, coordinate deliveries, ensure site access, inspect work quality, maintain safe site.
• Be proactive, forward-thinking and highly organized.
• Utilize Sage 100 Construction Software when possible.
• Maintain professional attitude and customer service focus.
• Provide excellent client service with strong communication.
• Keep meticulous reports and receipts daily for office.
• Prepare and negotiate subcontractor agreements and manage budgets.
• Select construction methods to meet budget and schedule with design team.
• Report progress and budget matters to PMs and Director of Construction.
• Assist in vetting/hiring subcontractors.
• Comply with laws, codes, and regulations.
• Resolve problems and conflicts promptly.
