Qualifications

• Five or more years in a commercial construction onsite-management role.
• Proactive management of project schedules and budgets while interfacing with multiple stakeholders.
• Experience with subcontractor negotiations and budgeting is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Great over-communication with client, subs & staff.
• Organizational skills with attention to detail.
• Manages day-to-day subcontractor operations.
• Supervises craft employees and assigns responsibilities.
• Ensures adherence to the project schedule and quality standards.
• Reviews shop drawings, coordinates procurement and deliveries, maintains safe site.
