Formación

• Minimum five years in commercial construction site-management.
• Experience coordinating subs, vendors, and design teams.
• Proactive schedule and budget management aligned with project goals.
• Strong communication and documentation practices.

Responsabilidades

• Plan and manage schedules with project manager.
• Coordinate subcontractors and vendors; manage agreements.
• Supervise craft workers and assess productivity.
• Ensure safety, quality, and on-schedule project delivery.
• Review shop drawings; oversee materials and logistics.
• Prepare subcontractor negotiations and budget tracking.
