Qualifications

• Five or more years in a commercial construction onsite-management role.
• Experience coordinating inspectors, subcontractors, architects, interior designers, engineers, city officials and clients.
• Proactive management of project schedules and budgets.
• Negotiation with subcontractors and exposure to project estimation preferred.
• Bachelor's in Construction Management preferred; high school diploma acceptable.

Responsibilities

• Maintain clear, proactive communication with client, subs and staff.
• Manage day-to-day subcontractor operations and assign responsibilities.
• Supervise craft employees and evaluate productivity for improvements.
• Ensure adherence to the Reverse Phase Schedule with quality and value.
• Review shop drawings, coordinate procurement, deliveries, and site safety.
• Prepare subcontractor agreements and monitor budgets with company tools.
• Report progress and budget matters to PMs and Director of Construction.
