Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years in a commercial construction onsite-management role.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and coordinate with inspectors, subcontractors, architects, interior designers, engineers, city officials, and clients.
• Proactive management of project schedules and budgets with strong communication and documentation.
• Negotiate with subcontractors to obtain reasonable costs and maintain project budgets.

Responsibilities

• Plan, develop and manage project schedules in partnership with the project manager.
• Maintain budgets and site activities while coordinating subcontractors and vendors.
• Supervise craft employees and assign responsibilities, monitor productivity and provide guidance.
• Review shop drawings, procure materials, coordinate deliveries, and ensure site safety and quality.
• Prepare progress reports, weekly updates and budget matters for PMs and leadership.
• Assist in vetting and hiring subcontractors and ensure regulatory compliance.
