Job summary

SteveRecruiter, LLC seeks a Superintendent (Commercial TI/Buildout) in Nashville to plan, develop and manage TI/buildout projects from design through completion. You will coordinate subcontractors, manage budgets, schedules and documentation to ensure quality and timely delivery.

The role focuses on restaurant, retail, commercial office, and hospitality TI work with a strong emphasis on communication and client service. Competitive salary with benefits and auto allowance is offered.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in a commercial construction onsite-management role.
• Experience coordinating subcontractors, budgets, and schedules.
• Proficient with basic computer skills and office software.
• Experience in project estimation is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Plan, develop and manage schedules with the project manager.
• Maintain budgets and supervise site activities.
• Coordinate subcontractors, vendors and subcontractor agreements.
• Review shop drawings and manage material procurement.
• Ensure safety, quality, and timely project completion.
• Prepare progress reports and budget updates for management.
