Job summary

Red White and Blue Thrift is seeking a Retail Supervisor to support the Retail Manager and oversee daily sales-floor operations. You will lead a team, ensure excellent customer service, maintain store standards, and help meet sales targets in a fast-paced thrift environment.

Fluent in English and Spanish preferred, you will coach staff, supervise cashier operations, manage inventory, and implement sales strategies under guidance from the Retail Manager.

Qualifications

• Bilingual English/Spanish preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Basic computer skills including MS Office, Teams, and Outlook.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day sales floor operations under the Retail Manager.
• Coach and develop retail team members to improve performance.
• Ensure exceptional customer service and handle inquiries promptly.
• Oversee inventory levels, merchandising, and pricing to meet demand and sales targets.
• Supervise cashier operations and cash handling procedures.
• Review reports and contribute to departmental goals and performance metrics.
• Collaborate with the Retail Manager to implement sales strategies.
