Job summary

Qualifications

• Must be able to communicate in English; bilingual in English/Spanish preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication with customers and teammates.
• Basic computer proficiency including MS Office, Teams, and Outlook.
• Ability to work independently and complete tasks to instructions.
• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Retail, thrift, warehouse or customer-facing experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Operational Oversight: manage daily sales floor operations and uphold store standards.
• Team Development: supervise and mentor retail team members with ongoing coaching.
• Customer Service Excellence: ensure outstanding service and promptly resolve inquiries.
• Inventory Management: oversee stock levels, merchandising, and pricing accuracy.
• Cashier Operations: supervise cashier functions and cash handling procedures.
• Learning and Growth: review reports and contribute to department goals with guidance.
• Collaborative Leadership: work with Retail Manager to implement sales strategies.
