Job summary

Red White and Blue Thrift is seeking a Retail Supervisor to support the Retail Manager and oversee daily sales floor operations in a fast-paced thrift environment. You will coach team members, ensure excellent customer service, and help achieve sales targets while maintaining store standards.

You will collaborate with the Retail Manager to implement sales strategies, optimize cashier operations, and contribute to the store's overall success.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Experience in thrift/retail or customer-facing roles preferred.
• Bilingual English/Spanish is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Operational Oversight: manage day-to-day operations of the sales floor, guided by the Retail Manager.
• Team Development: supervise and mentor retail team members and provide ongoing coaching.
• Customer Service Excellence: ensure exceptional customer service and handle inquiries effectively.
• Inventory Management: oversee inventory levels, merchandising, and pricing to meet demand.
• Cashier Operations: supervise cashier transactions and cash handling procedures.
• Learning and Growth: review reports and understand departmental goals under guidance.
• Collaborative Leadership: work with the Retail Manager to implement sales strategies.
