Job summary

Red White and Blue Thrift is seeking a Production Supervisor to support the Production Manager and oversee daily operations in the production room. You will supervise activities, coach team members, ensure safety, and help meet production goals in a fast-paced thrift-store environment.

This role values bilingual English/Spanish communication, basic computer skills, and a proactive, independent work style as you collaborate across teams to optimize productivity and quality.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in both English and Spanish preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication with internal and external customers.
• Basic computer skills including MS Office, Teams, and Outlook.
• Ability to work independently and complete assignments within instructions and routines.
• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Previous thrift/retail or warehouse experience is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily production room operations and ensure workflow aligns with schedules.
• Coach and develop production team members and train new staff on procedures and safety.
• Ensure safety regulations and procedures are followed and conduct regular inspections.
• Collaborate with Product Manager to resolve issues and implement process improvements.
• Assist in building production schedules and manage workflow to optimize labor efficiency.
• Participate in learning and development programs to improve production operations.
