Qualifications

• Proficiency in both English and Spanish is preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including ability to effectively communicate with internal and external customers.
• Basic computer skills, including MS Office, Teams, and Outlook.
• Ability to work independently and to carry out assignments to completion within parameters of instructions given, prescribed routines, and standard accepted practices.
• High school diploma or GED preferred
• Previous thrift, retail, warehouse, or customer facing experience is preferred, but not required

Responsibilities

• Operational oversight of the sales floor under Retail Manager guidance.
• Supervise and mentor retail team members.
• Ensure exceptional customer service and adherence to store standards.
• Oversee inventory levels, pricing, and product processing on the floor.
• Supervise cashier operations and ensure cash-handling procedures are followed.
• Contribute to achieving performance metrics with guidance from the Retail Manager.
