Gulfside Healthcare Services seeks a Thrift Shoppe & Volunteer Manager to lead daily operations of the store, supervise staff and volunteers, ensure merchandising, inventory rotation and customer service, and drive store profitability.

Under the direction of the Director of Thrift Shoppes and the CFO, this hands-on position trains and supervises store associates and ensures a safe and healthy work environment. Some after-hours events may be required.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED; postsecondary education a plus.
• Minimum of 3-5 years of management experience in retail, thrift shoppe, consignment, or equivalent.
• Computer skills, including experience with Microsoft Office Suite required.
• Open and flexible availability to meet the business needs and reliable transportation.
