Job summary

Red White & Blue Thrift is seeking a Retail Supervisor in Tampa, FL to support the Retail Manager and oversee day-to-day sales floor operations. You will work with the retail team to deliver excellent customer service, maintain store standards, and hit sales targets.

Qualifications

• Bilingual English/Spanish preferred for customer interactions.
• Excellent verbal and written communication with internal and external customers.
• Basic computer skills including MS Office, Teams, and Outlook.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily sales floor operations, ensure store standards and efficient service.
• Supervise and mentor retail team members, providing ongoing coaching.
• Deliver exceptional customer service and resolve inquiries promptly.
• Oversee inventory levels, merchandising, and pricing accuracy to meet demand.
• Supervise cashier operations and ensure proper cash handling procedures.
• Collaborate with Retail Manager to implement sales strategies and drive performance.
