Job summary

The Salvation Army Tucson is seeking an Ecommerce Associate to handle processing and shipping of sold merchandise, create product listings, and enhance the online shopper experience from the LB Torrance Store.

You will meet daily posting quotas, work with the District Sales Manager and team, and use Windows and Photoshop; prior customer service or retail experience is preferred. This position also requires the ability to lift up to 50 lbs and maintain accurate records.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Strong written and verbal English communication.
• Proficient with Windows OS and Microsoft Office.
• Familiarity with Photoshop and online selling platforms.
• 2–4 years of customer service/retail experience.
• Ability to type at least 40 words per minute.
• Able to work in a team and independently.
• Capacity to meet posting quotas and sales targets.

Responsibilities

• Process and ship merchandise to ensure timely order fulfilment.
• Create and update product listings with accurate descriptions and images.
• Coordinate inventory and securely store pending items.
• Provide excellent customer support via email, chat, and phone.
• Assist in selecting high-value items for online sale.
