Job summary

The Salvation Army USA Western Territory’s ARC Thrift Store in Phoenix is hiring a Full Time Assistant Store Manager to help lead the day-to-day operations, coach staff, and ensure a positive donor and customer experience.

In partnership with the Store Manager you will oversee POS operations, manage inventory levels, implement loss prevention measures, and maintain ARC merchandising standards while supporting the Adult Rehabilitation Center program.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED is required.
• Minimum 2 years retail management or supervisory experience.
• Ability to operate POS/Cash Register and handle cash transactions.

Responsibilities

• Assist Store Manager in day-to-day store operations.
• Coach and develop store employees and ensure excellent customer service.
• Maintain ARC merchandising standards and inventory levels.
• Support cash handling, loss prevention, and safety procedures.
