Jubilee Ministries is seeking a dependable, friendly, and hardworking Thrift Store Assistant Manager to join our new Shillington, PA thrift store team. Tentative Start Date: November 2, 2026. Schedule: Monday - Saturday, Morning & Evenings; Hours: 8:00 am to 8:00 pm; Compensation: $19.00 per hour.

Assist the manager in store operations and supervise staff, ensuring policies and procedures are being followed.
Assist the manager in overseeing merchandise displays throughout the store.
Assist in resolving customer complaints and returns.
Assist in cash register operations during busy times or to provide adequate coverage.
Assist in opening and closing the store as instructed.
Be alert for shoplifting and follow the Shoplifting Policy.
Participate in staff meetings and team building.
