Job summary

Jubilee Ministries seeks a dependable, friendly Thrift Store In-Charge Associate to join our Shillington, PA team. Tentative start date is November 2, 2026, with a schedule from Monday to Saturday and hours between 8:00 am and 8:00 pm.

Compensation is $15.00/hour with benefits varying for full & part time, including PTO and health plans. The role emphasizes excellent customer service, teamwork, and alignment with our mission to share the Gospel of Jesus Christ.

Responsibilities

Provide an excellent customer service experience for every visitor.
Operate the register as scheduled.

Process donations according to policy.
Assist with loading or unloading purchases and donations.
Participate in staff meetings and team building.

What You’ll Do
