Job summary

Jubilee Ministries is seeking a dependable Thrift Store Associate for our Shillington, PA location. You will help receive donations, load sold items, and sort merchandise while supporting a faith-driven mission to serve those affected by incarceration.

The role supports a calendar with a tentative start date in November 2026, Monday–Saturday schedule, and a pay rate of $15.80/hour. Benefits include PTO, devotions, Health/Dental/Vision, life insurance, and a 403b plan.

Responsibilities

Assist in the receiving of donations.
Assist in the loading of sold items into customer vehicles.
Assist in sorting of donated product.
Assist in other dock operations as time allows and as directed by Manger or supervisor.
Keep area around dock clean of trash and organized.
Assist in keeping dock areas safe and accessible during wintertime.
Participate in staff meetings and team activities.
Other duties as assigned.
