Qualifications

• At least 1 year of supervisory experience in retail or related environment.
• Strong people leadership and customer service skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Support the Store Manager in all aspects of store operations.
• Supervise, train, schedule, and coach retail employees and volunteers.
• Lead by example in delivering customer and donor service; drive sales and control expenses.
