Job summary

Sanofi is seeking a Thought Leader Liaison for the Pacific Coast region. This field-based role focuses on engaging KOLs and Oncology Nurses to support education, disease-state strategies, and label-compliant programming.

The TLL will collaborate with regional teams and home office partners to ensure resources are effectively deployed. Ideal candidates have a Bachelor's degree, 4+ years in field sales or medical/clinical roles within pharma, and willingness to travel 60–75% of the time.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required, in a related field or equivalent experience.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to travel to meetings/trainings as necessary.
• Experience in field sales, product marketing, or medical/clinical areas within pharma/biotech is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Engage with KOLs and nursing organizations to support education on disease states and products.
• Coordinate cross-functional resources for KOL programming and field initiatives.
• Plan and execute KOL engagements, conferences, and advisory boards in a compliant manner.
• Support speaker programs, including training, contracting, and logistics within approved SOPs.
• Provide competitive intelligence and feedback to strategy and execution teams.
